Therapy for Therapists: Being a therapist can be uniquely challenging. Alongside burnout, the weight of responsibility, and the impact of vicarious trauma, many clinicians also have to navigate systems and workplaces that often aren't designed to prioritize our wellbeing. It can feel isolating, confusing, and disheartening, so much so that many capable and talented therapists burn out and quit, or become stuck in roles in that don't serve them where they aren't doing their best work. I’m here to support you so that doesn't happen, and so that you are able to shape this career in a way that actually works for you.
Support for the Early Years: My specialty is helping therapists in the early stages of their career find clarity, confidence, and direction. I do this work because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to move through the early years of this field, to encounter systems that aren’t built with clinicians in mind, and to learn the “real-world” parts of this profession through an often stressful process of trial and error. That experience shapes how I show up in session with you: practical, honest, strengths-based, and supportive.
Whether you’re newly licensed, an associate, an intern, a practicum student, or someone considering entering the mental health field, you don’t have to figure this all out alone.

I can help you navigate:
-
The complexities and emotional strain of the associate years
-
Challenging practicum or internship sites
-
Difficult supervisory relationships
-
Transitions between agencies or roles
-
The logistical and emotional hurdles of starting a private practice
-
The “hidden curriculum” of our field — the practical realities nobody teaches us in grad school
We can talk strategy, practical steps, and the behind-the-scenes realities of building a sustainable path in this work. My goal is to help you shape your professional life in a way that genuinely supports your clinical work, rather than leaving you feeling overwhelmed, used, or stuck.
Developing Your Voice: Alongside the logistics, I also support therapists in finding and strengthening their clinical voice. We can explore your personal style, how you show up in the room, and what helps you feel grounded, effective, and authentically yourself with clients.
A Note on Supervision: While I specialize in supporting therapists, I am not providing clinical supervision in this space. Instead, this is a place for emotional support, professional clarity, and practical guidance that complements — not replaces — your formal supervision.
